Smooth buttery start with a silky finish.  This blanc blend is the perfect summer treat.  Full flavor of the grapes and golden richness goes perfectly with any fish, scallops, light cheeses, fruit and salads.  With notes of pear, apple and flinish of slight buttery creaminess.  The soil conditions of the vineyards allow that each and every grape is full of pure flavor surely not to disappoint.
